What is Astro-Vastu?
Generic Vastu treats every family the same: the same rules, the same corrections, regardless of who lives in the house. Astro-Vastu — Veeresh Karnik's signature discipline — begins from a different question: who lives here?
Your birth chart reveals which planets support you and which need strengthening. Each planet governs specific directions and elements in your space. Astro-Vastu weights every correction by the residents' planetary strengths — so two identical flats receive two entirely different remedy plans. The result is precision: fewer corrections, deeper effect, and never any demolition.

Client Stories
Astro-Vastu Experiences
“We had consulted two Vastu experts before, and both suggested breaking walls. Veeresh ji's Astro-Vastu approach fixed the same issues with room re-allocation and colours — matched to our charts. Within three months the constant tension at home simply dissolved.”
“Our factory had repeated machinery breakdowns and staff turnover. The on-site audit identified the disturbed zones, and every correction was practical — no construction. Operations have been noticeably smoother since.”
Good to Know
Astro-Vastu — Questions Answered
Normal Vastu applies universal rules to the space. Astro-Vastu first reads the residents' birth charts, then applies corrections weighted by their planetary strengths — the space is tuned to the people, not just the compass.
Ideally every regular resident's — at minimum the head of the family or business owner. More charts give a more precise room-allocation map.
Yes — birth details plus your floor plan and compass readings are all we need. Online sessions include a live walk-through of the annotated plan.
Astro-Vastu is quoted per property rather than sold at a flat rate, because the work scales with the size and type of the space — a 2BHK flat, a bungalow and a factory floor need very different amounts of mapping. Share your property details through the quote form and we confirm the fee in writing before anything is scheduled.
The first visit maps the property zone by zone against the residents' charts and sets the remedy plan. The second follows once you have implemented the initial corrections — we verify what has shifted and finalise the remaining phases.
No. Astro-Vastu is a no-demolition discipline — corrections work through allocation, colours, elements and placements.
